What we do:
Our purpose is to take
your rough sketches and ideas and turn them into
floor plans,
elevations,
or three dimensional renderings.
This will enable you to:
- Envision your project
so you know whether to proceed with construction.
"I know what I want when I see it, but I can't picture it with only a
floor plan"
-Get
more accurate, and timely bids from contractors.
"You didn't say you
wanted that in your quote, that
will be more, now I'll have to refigure"
"How
can I choose who to hire when everyone's bid is for something a little
different"
-More
effectively market
your
building or subdivision prior to construction.
"We need dramatic renderings in this 'visually oriented' society, to draw people
to our development"
Who uses our services:
Anyone who needs plans or
realistic renderings of future projects!
New! We can now email actual walkthroughs of your project in 3d!
We use a small free vrml program, which we will
email with the walkthrough!
Why hire us?
We have been successful remodelers
for 25 years. Giving us the insight and creativity needed to produce
effective results.
We really listen
to your wants and needs, we don't tell you what we think you need! We use
your input to create a custom space to your liking!
Knowing that even
a kitchen or bath remodeling project can be a complicated and stressful
endeavor, with our careful planning we will lower this stress level!
Some designers do not
have the needed field experience to be practical. They may be creative,
but when you start getting bids from contractors, you may find that you
will not get all the house you want, due to the high cost of the
construction.
We use architectural cad
software to produce highly detailed drawings & renderings. You can purchase
them, either as a
disc mailed to you, or sent via email. Both could be printed locally at
Staples' or
Kinko's or any number of other print shops. It is in a
PDF format. Any other types of arrangements for receiving our plans can be
made that you request.
An
Important Note: We are not architects. For new construction in some
cities and towns, your plans will need an architect or engineer’s stamp
to obtain a permit. For additions, however, you usually do not need the
stamp, or possibly only an engineer’s structural review & stamp. We can
provide this service and our rates will be less than most architects'
rates, allowing you to put more money into the structure, and less into
the plans.
